Services

MKTGKIT provides business services including, but not limited to:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Sales Operations Support
• Technology Solutions
• Special Projects and related support services

The scope, pricing, and timeline of each project will be agreed upon separately between MKTGKIT and the client.

Quotes & Proposals

Any quotation, proposal, or estimate provided by MKTGKIT is valid only for the period stated in the proposal unless otherwise specified.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials necessary to complete the agreed services. Project delays caused by missing information or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials created by MKTGKIT remain the property of MKTGKIT until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables specifically created for the client will transfer to the client, excluding any third-party software, templates, or licensed materials.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, MKTGKIT does not guarantee specific business results such as revenue growth, sales performance, or lead conversion rates. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Third-Party Services

Some solutions may involve third-party platforms or software. MKTGKIT is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues caused by third-party providers.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective once published on this website.

Payment & Refund Terms

Invoices for services are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work commences. Because we provide dedicated time and specialized services, all fees paid for services rendered are strictly non-refundable.

Termination & Cancellation

For ongoing retainers or monthly services, either party may terminate the agreement by providing a written notice of at least 30 days. The client remains responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the date of termination.

Confidentiality

MKTGKIT agrees to keep all proprietary client information, data, and CRM records strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your sensitive business data to any third parties except as required to perform our services or by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MKTGKIT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
